Solution to Oracle Enterprise Manager failure

Previously, the OEM was able to open the webpage, but it was not possible to open it at work today. Enter http: // localhost: 1158/em to prompt that the webpage could not be opened.
Check that:

Emctl start dbconsole

OracleDBConsleorcl cannot be started.

It seems that we cannot afford it.

Go to the service for an interview. Run-> services. msc. Start the OracleDBConsleorcl service. The result shows that the OracleDBConsleorcl service is disabled after it is started. I don't know which student has done anything on the database server before. Maybe I changed my IP address? Changed the machine name? Or what? I don't care. solve this problem.
