Solution to "saved documents but lost speech recognition data" in Word

When you use word2003 to save the edited document, the pop-up window always shows "The document is saved, but the speech recognition data is lost because there is not enough space to store the data. Make sure that the microphone is disabled when no recording is available and check the storage space on the disk ."
The reason is that word2003 has the speech recognition function. solution:
1. On the Tools menu, click options ".
2. In the options form, click the Save page.
3. On the "save" page, click the "embedded language data" option to make the "embedded language data" option unselected.
4. In the options form, click OK to save.
