Solution to slow chrome startup for the first time

Chrome claims to be fast, but recently several guys have been clamoring for me that it takes a long time for chrome to open a webpage (maybe because I recommended chrome to them ). i'm surprised because chrome has been working very well on my computer. so I tested it on their computer. It was really slow (after nearly one minute, I could access the webpage normally). Is there too many plug-ins? Too many bookmarks? Too many applications? Or... T-T, and later find the reason for the Internet, the results are so pitfall: Cancel WindowIE settings Automatic Detection settings ???? The official explanation is: if the IE proxy Enables automatic detection settings, chrome will perform a proxy resolution before each visit to the website. which will seriously affect chrome's first access speed.
