Article Title: how to solve the login latency of SSH connections in Linux. Linux is a technology channel of the IT lab in China. Includes basic categories such as desktop applications, Linux system management, kernel research, embedded systems, and open source.

Generally, the SSH connection latency is caused by reverse DNS resolution enabled by sshd by default.

Modify/etc/ssh/sshd_config of the ssh server and change UseDNS yes to UseDNS no.

However, we have encountered Anonomous Ubuntu, and there is still a latency when connecting to the modified server.

A solution is found:

Edit/etc/nsswitch. conf

Find the hosts line and change it to the following:

Hosts: files dns [NOTFOUND = return]

The test results are good.
