Solution to the problem that Chrome cannot bring up the Upload File Dialog Box and flash on some websites

In the new version of Chrome, some websites cannot bring up the upload file dialog box, and some flash files cannot be used.
It takes only half a day to find a solution!
Chrome may not be able to pop up a file upload dialog box when using flash on some websites. It is known that the website includes Gmail attachments, Flickr, Renren album, drupal.org, etc. (google keyword: chrome uploads images | chrome can't upload pictures). It is found that it is caused by Chrome's built-in Flash plug-in.
 
Solution: Enter about: plugins in the chrome address bar, press enter, and select "Details" on the right side to expand the Details of each plug-in. under the Adobe Flash project, there are usually two repeated projects, one of which is chrome's own, the other is the system's own, and the other is chrome's built-in disabling.
