Solution to the slow startup of the new QT creator (2.4.0)

I have nothing to worry about today. I decided to upgrade the QT creator version that I have been using to see if I can find some surprises in the new version;

The update is still fast, and the new version has been installed in a few minutes. The first "surprise" found by enabling QT creator is that it is very slow to start, compared with the previous version, the size of the installation file does not increase much. Besides, what we need to do with QT is not a speed? After searching for half a day on the internet, I have been playing around for half a day. Later, we found that the new version will access two addresses at startup: lillemy. nokia. kunder. linpro. no: HTTP and hx-in-f118.1e100.net: HTTP; it must be the network connection that causes the IDE to start very slowly; and after some tossing, the problem is finally determined: It was originally caused by a plug-in of qtcreator;

Solution:

Open qtcreator.exe-> help-> about plug-ins-> Expand QT creator, find the welcome plug-in, set it to deselected; OK, and then try again. Is it the same flying speed?
