First step: Set up a trusted site
In the IE browser menu bar, select the "Tools" option---and then select "Internet Options"---Click "Security"---and then click "Trusted Site"---Select "Site", in the "Site" window open, you will be the website of ICBC portal, As well as personal internet banking and VIP Online banking URLs are added to the "Trusted Sites" window.
The specific Web site please refer to the screen prompts: http://www.icbc.com.cn, https://mybank.icbc.com.cn, https://vip.icbc.com.cn.
Tips:
When you add a trusted site, uncheck the option "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone."
Step Two: Set ActiveX control enable options
Please select "Tools" in the IE menu bar---and choose "Internet Options"---Click "Security"---click "internet"---Select "Custom Level" to adjust the ActiveX control and plug-in related settings as follows:
A, ActiveX control automatic prompts: set to Enabled,
B, execute script on ActiveX controls marked as safe to execute: set to Enabled;
C, activ that are not marked for safe execution The ex control initializes and executes the script: set to prompt;
D, binary, and scripting behavior: set to Enabled;
If you use the IE8.0 browser, you will also need to "allow only approved domains to use ActiveX without prompting" option: set to Enabled.
E, download unsigned ActiveX controls: set to prompt;
F, Download signed ActiveX controls: set to prompt;
G, allow to run ActiveX controls that were not previously used without prompting: set to Disabled;
H, run ActiveX controls and Plug-ins: set to Enabled;
Other options, default settings do not change.
When the above settings are complete, click "OK" and follow the prompts to complete the changes.
Step three: Turn off IE Pop-up Blocker
Please select the tools option in the IE menu bar, and then see if there is a pop-up blocker in the Drop-down menu, and if so, select the Pop-up Blocker , then click "Close Pop-up Blocker", and then restart IE to attempt to log on.
If the page appears as "Enable Pop-up Blocker" and "Pop-up Blocker Settings" is grayed out, the current IE Pop-up Blocker is turned off and no other action is required.
