In the Pop-up Properties window, select the "Use the following IP address" option and enter "192.168.0.1" and "255.255.255.0" in "IP Address" and "Subnet mask" (the specific IP address depends on your actual situation) and finally click OK to exit the Setup window.

Start → settings → network connection → Right-click local connection → properties → Double-click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) → Specify the IP address and subnet mask using the IP address below if the IP address is empty. If you can set the IP address to 192.168.0.X (any value between X 1-255), the subnet mask can be set to 255.255.255.0→ OK → OK.
