Solution: Unable to install the SP1 Patch package in Windows 7 and unable to display the WINDOWS function list

A few months ago, my computer could not display the function list of Windows 7, which caused me to be unable to add or uninstall Windows components, such as IIS. When the SP1 Patch is updated, the update always fails and the file_not_found error is prompted.

My solution is taken from multiple Q & A websites. The steps are as follows:

1. First, make sure that BITs has been started in the service and set the attribute to "automatic -- delayed loading ";

2. manually download and install the patch "windows6.1-KB947821-v12-x86.msu ";

3.manually download and install sp1patch “windows6.1-kb976932-x86.exe ".

For 64-bit Windows 7, you may needX86ModifyX64.

After the above operations, the SP1 update is successful, and "turn on or off the windows function" is also normal ~~
