Workaround:
1, first click the Start menu, and then open the Run dialog box and enter Regedit, return to open Registry Editor;
2, then expand to hkey_local_machinesystemcurrentcontrolsetservices audiosrv in turn;
3, in the right side of the window to find and double-click "DependOnService", and then delete the dialog box "Mmcss" value;
4. Exit Registry Editor, enter "Msconfig" in the Run dialog, switch to the "Service" tab in the open window, locate and uncheck the "Multi Media Class Scheduler" service item, click the Apply button, and then click OK to exit, Restart your computer.
