Adb:android Debug Bridge for connection to simulator/mobile and PC-side software (e.g. Eclipse or XX mobile assistant)

Check the simulator/phone connected to the ADB devices

ADB kill-server-Stop adb
ADB start-server-start adb

Assume that running ADB start-server is not responding (typically due to 5037port occupancy). Then open the Task Manager for Windows, terminate the Adb.exe process, and run ADB start-server again

Assuming that the unknown process occupies 5037port, use the 1th command below to find the PID of the process, then terminate the process, and run the ADB start-server again.
Netstat-ano---Query the port occupancy of the machine, find 5037portlistening pid;
