Solution: Open Net Configuration Assistant and follow the prompts to delete the existing listening service, and then create another one.

2 SQL Plus login prompt user name or password is invalid

Cause: Does the sqlnet. ora file under the oracle_home \ NETWORK \ ADMIN directory contain "SQLNET. AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (ETS )".

This indicates that the operating system defaults to the binding authentication method of sysdba.

Solution: For the above reason, you must enter the host string: Global Database + as sysdba correctly when logging on to SQL Plus. For example, the global database name is MyOracle,

The host string should be written as MyOracle as sysdba
