An Excel file is a workbook that is widely used and generally contains 255 worksheets. Each worksheet can contain a large amount of data. Open a previously edited Excel Workbook, but the content is messy and cannot be edited or printed. When processing Excel files, you may encounter similar problems. The following are my methods and skills to save the Excel documents, and I hope to help you.
I. Fixed the conversion format
1. Save the workbook as SYLK:
If an Excel file can be opened, convert the workbook to the SYLK format to filter out the damaged parts of the document and save the data. First, open the required workbook. In the File menu, click the Save as command. In the "Save type" list, click the "SYLK (symbolic connection) (*. slk)" option, and then click the "save" button. Close the currently enabled file and open the other stored version of SYLK.

2. Use wod to convert the file format
You can try to open an Excel file in Word. Enter Word to open the XLS file to be repaired. If there is only one worksheet in Excel, Word is automatically loaded as a table. If the file is composed of multiple worksheets, only one worksheet can be opened at a time. After opening the file, delete the corrupted data in the file. Select [Table] → [convert] → [table to text] with the mouse, and save it as a TXT text file with the "," delimiter or other delimiters. Open the text file directly in Excel. When you open the file, Excel will prompt the text import wizard. Generally, you just need to click [next] to open the file and save it as another Excel file.

Note: This method is implemented by using the Word function to directly read Excel files. This method is effective when the file header is not damaged, but the file content is damaged.
Ii. Self-repair using Excel
1. convert to an earlier version
If the Excel Workbook is not saved due to a fault, the last saved version may not be damaged. Of course, this version does not include the changes made to the document after the last save.
Close the opened Workbook. When the system asks whether to save the changes, click "no ". In the File menu, click the open command and double-click the workbook file.
2. "enable and fix" function in Excel2003
In the File menu, click the open command. In the search range box, locate and open a folder containing damaged documents and select the file to restore. Click the arrow next to the Open button, and then click open and repair.
