Solve the eclipse error message "file search" has encounter a problem

 

An error occurred when using the search function in Eclipse:

"File search" has encounter a problem

After carefully reading the error log that automatically jumps out, we found that:

... Resource is out of sync with the file system

 

Cause: the files in eclipse are inconsistent with those in workspace. (I modified a file in the workspace, that is, the source file was modified outside the Eclipse project but not refreshed)

Solution:

Method 1 right-click Refresh in the project directory

Method 2 set eclipse automatic refresh (window-> preferences-> General-> workspace, select refresh automatically)

Note: We recommend that you use method 1 and method 2 to set auto-Refresh to a slightly higher price when the project is relatively large.
