First, we need to solve the problem of chicken and eggs: To compile Mit-scheme from the source code, you must already have a working Mit-scheme.

Are you kidding me? The compiled script needs to call scheme, and you compile this scheme to have a usable scheme...

Go to the/tmp/mit-scheme-c-20080130/src/microcode directory of the source code and execute

#./Configure

# Make

In this way, we have produced a scheme execution file related to our own platform. Now we will replace it with the execution file in the binary package compiled by debiangnu/Linux: In the current release version, you may find multiple execution files under/tmp/bin/after decompression. MIT-scheme-native is the real file, others are the symbolic links of MIT-scheme-native (this may be to ensure forward compatibility );

Run # cp-F/tmp/mit-scheme-c-20080130/src/microcode/scheme/tmp/bin/MIT-scheme-native to replace.

Next, set the running environment of this scheme:
