Open Registry Editor regedit

Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

Create a new two DWORD variable under this path, one named Igmpversion, the value set to 3, the second named IGMPLevel, and the value set to 2

Reboot, it's ready.
