Solution:
ASP. NET is not enabled for IIS. The solution is as follows:
Control Panel-open or close windows function-Internet Information Service-World Wide Web Service-application development function, select ".. Net scalability, ASP, and ASP. net (it is best to select all), save and restart the IIS server.
