=> Solution:
You should have no permission to access the directory.

First, modify the folder attributes:

Resource Manager-> tool-> folder option-> display-> remove the option of simple file sharing (hook by default), right-click the property, the "security" tab appears.

Choose upload folder> right-click and choose security> Add the read and write permissions of the everyone user.
