Solution:

1. download securable.exe to the Internet and test whether the following machines support VT.

Locked on: indicates that VT is enabled.

Locked off: it may be because you have not enabled the vt switch in the bios or the cpu does not support it.

No: no VT function.

2) my initial status is locked off, so I restarted the machine and entered the bios (press the delete key to enter the bios page when starting the system). Note that I need to modify the following information:

CPU virtualization switch: the CPU option contains an Inter Virtual technology (Intel Virtualization technology) option, changed to enable

3) restart the machine and use VMare to install 64-bit CentOS.
