Solve the problem that CentOS7 cannot use the ifconfig command

Source: Internet
Author: User

When the ifconfig command is executed on CentOS 7, the system prompts that the command does not exist.

# Which ifconfig
/Usr/bin/which: no ifconfig in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/root/bin)

Install net-tools

# Yum install net-tools

Run the ifconfig command again

# Which ifconfig
/Usr/sbin/ifconfig

You can also use the ip addr show command to view the ip address.
