My system is Windows Server 2008 R2 (enabling Windows 7 desktop experience). Recently, due to the slow system, I shut down the machine and started the system. I found the screen was black, changing the windwos 7 theme and setting the image as a wallpaper do not work. My system is genuine.
It turns out that the desktop experience is enabled because files are damaged due to strong off, so it is useless to delete the desktop experience, install the desktop, and enable the theme service.
