A friend's computer has encountered a strange problem recently: it takes 10 minutes to display the desktop after logging on, the monitoring icons of Rising antivirus software, firewall, Kaka Security Assistant, and QQ computer manager in the system tray area are sometimes not displayed and need to be manually started. Please help solve this problem.

The worker is running. Many processes do not display the current user name, but are blank.

After the "assumer.exe" process is completed, Run" assumer.exe "and the error message is not displayed.

After nearly 10 minutes, the taskbar and desktop icons are finally displayed.

The monitoring icons of the Rising anti-virus software, firewall, Kaka Security Assistant, and QQ computer manager in the system tray area are not displayed.

Check the local network connection properties. It has been set to a fixed IP address.

Use pe_xscan to scan logs and analyze the logs. The following suspicious items are found:

Delete.

 

The two services in the o23 group should be Dongdong of Kingsoft network security, which may conflict with rising. It is estimated that the software is installed automatically when it is installed, and some versions of aoyou are also integrated. Check "add and delete programs" in the control panel. There is no uninstall item of Kingsoft network security. You can directly delete these items by using the startup Item management function of the Kaka Security Assistant.

 

Restart the computer to test and solve the fault.
