1. Update Digital Photo Professional, upgrade Digital Photo Professional to the latest version, or download the new version of software for installation.

2. Set the compatibility of Digital Photo Professional running

3. Find the "Digital Photo Professional" shortcut and right-click it. In the pop-up menu, click "properties"-"shortcut". The effect of "open file location" is shown in the following figure;

4. In the pop-up "properties" window, click "compatibility", find "compatibility mode", "run this program in compatible mode"-"Windows XP (Service Pack 3) after confirmation, DPP can run properly in the compatible mode of the XP system.

Now, we can select the privilege level and set it to run as an administrator. Then, click OK or apply.
