Solve the problem that the user list in "Computer Management" is empty

Source: Internet
Author: User

Recently, XPFOX asked me to check out his friend's server, saying that "users" of "local users and groups" managed by computers are not displayed!

My first thought was that someone entered the server and created a hidden account on his friend's server. The list was not displayed due to a human error!
I used to test the hidden account!

I entered his server, and the "user" under "local users and groups" was not displayed!

Enter a net user in CMD to display all accounts

Let's see if there is any abnormality in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAM!
I run "regedt32" to put HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAM
You can view and modify the permissions under "Administrator!

In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAMDomainsAccountUsersNames
No hidden account is found. It may be because the Friends of XPFOX deleted the account or not (of course they deleted the account or not )!

I checked that the permission is okay! It seems to be normal!

But why not sweat ~~~~

I did not find any major problems in the "Local Security Policy!

See
"Account: Rename the Guest account" is not named
"Account: Rename the system administrator account" is not administrator

After executing "net user", I found that no administrator has guest. I just think it's a little strange!
How can I rename the system administrator account "administrator" without administrator and guest!

If the problem is not solved, you have to search the Internet to see if there are any answers! I have been searching for a long time. There is a piece of information related to this issue!
The content is as follows:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAM

Item is modified.

Note the user names and string values of the following two users:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAMDomainsAccountUsersNamesmat01 $] @ = hex (3fb ):

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAMDomainsAccountUsersNamesmat01 $] @ = hex (3fb ):

Because the two users have the same string, the corresponding string has only one

Delete a user item

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAMDomainsAccountUsersNamesmat01 $] @ = hex (3fb ):

Restart the computer.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's take a look at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAMDomainsAccountUsersNames on the server.
Whether the same Hex value exists under

Later, we found that the hex Value of the account displayed in Guest and "account: Rename Guest Account" is the same!
Which one do you want to delete now? After renaming the administrator account,
There should be no administrator. "account: Rename Guest Account" should not be changed either
Guest is correct!

Back up the registry information of guest, delete it, and click "local users and groups" managed by the computer"
Under "user", the account is finally displayed!

Postscript!
The problem lies in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESAMSAM". The idea is correct, but it cannot be solved if you are not careful enough!
