Comment Settings: window--"preferrences--" java--"code style--" code templates--"SELECT entry Click Edit

Color of comments: window--"preferrences--" java--"editor--" Syntax coloring--"comments (in turn, multiple lines of comments, single-line comments, task label options.) Select multiple lines of comments, the right side displays the styles you can modify, including the color options, bold, italic, underline, etc. check boxes
