Some common commands for Hadoop

Similar to the Linux commands, the command line begins with the Hadoop  FS    -(dash) LS  /    list file or directory cat Hadoop FS  -cat  ./hello.txt/opt/old/ Htt/hello.txt   View files can dump directories or file dumps to Hadoop  Hadoop  fs-put./hello.txt  /opt/old/htt/hello.txt Download file   Hadoop  fs-get  /opt/old/htt/hello.txt   hello.txt Delete files or directories      -rm    -rmr Create files      - mkdir new Empty file    touchz    path rename Hadoop  fs  -mv  /opt/old/htt/hello.txt  /opt/old/htt/ Hello2.txt merges all the contents of the specified file into one file. -getmerge  /opt/old/htt/   /opt/old/hello.rxrkill job Assignment Hadoop job–kill  [Job-id]
