Some ideas may not necessarily suit you ....... Planning summary <quarterly summary>

Planning began in March 2012, but now it is the end of March 2013.

This phase of planning is part 1 of the planning summary, which has not been written in the previous two phases. I once saw a sentence on Douban, which reminds me that "if you cannot find a good mentor guide during your career growth period, you may wish to read more books ", after reading a few articles, I have been obsessed with it, and I have been chasing it. At last, I had my questions. "Some Opinions may not necessarily suit you ".

Some ideas are not suitable for you. Even if these ideas cannot be refuted for any reason, most of the time we hope we can have a clearer outlook on life and values, but sometimes people or things around us don't give us much inspiration, so we can look for them in books. When you choose a specific author's book, this proves that you are more inclined to the points mentioned in the book. You think these points are more likely to resonate with us.

The IT industry is undoubtedly one of the fastest-growing industries in this century, and we in the IT industry often have a rapid jump in thinking. More often, we tell ourselves that "We have had enough of this endless and messy way of life", so we hope to find a way to make us quiet, whether it's books or movies, or others, maybe we finally find a point we are sure of, we agree with it, and accept it, we think we will be so quiet.

But soon after, we started to stir up again. In my opinion, it is not because we are not specific enough or others. This is because we have more reasons to stir up, at least in the IT industry, we all know that in this industry, the word "quiet" will not always belong to you, but it will be exciting and passionate, which often gives you more innovation capabilities, but we 'd better arrange rules for these passions, such as their direction, duration, and so on. Otherwise, we would be no different from the furious bull.

Therefore, we would rather try diversity. We should maintain this diversity in both our values and our outlook on life before we can find and complete a different viewpoint, and exist.
