4. set the encoding format for the workspace

   window->preferences->workspace : Span style= "Font-family:times New Roman" >

   text file encoding set to utf-8

6. Set Font size

   window-> preferences-> general->appearance->colors and Fonts :

   Basic->text Font:

   Set Font size - (notebook, can be adjusted depending on the situation)
