If you have a large number of English words in the Word2007 table that have different uppercase and lowercase letters, and you want the same words to be sorted in the order in which they were first uppercase, you can enable case-sensitive sorting, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and click any cell in the table where you want to sort the data. Switch to the Layout tab in the Table Tools Ribbon, and click the Sort button in the data group, as shown in Figure 2009021318.

2nd step, open the Sort dialog box, setting the primary key, secondary keyword, and third keyword options (for more details, see the Tutorial "sorting data in a Word2007 table"), and click the Options button, as shown in Figure 2009021319.

Step 3rd, in the Sort Options dialog box that opens, select the Match case check box and click OK, as shown in Figure 2009021320.

Step 4th, return to the Sort dialog box and sort the Word table data by clicking the OK button directly.
