SPFILE causes Oracle Database startup failure
After the server is powered off and restarted, it is reported that Oracle Database Service cannot be started, on the server to use as sysdba login to connect to a null instance, use startup times 'ora-24324: uninitialized Service handle, ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension does not exist. 'error.
When startup nomount is started step by step, the above error is still reported and the spfile file is damaged. However, the local machine does not use pfile to back up spfile, but to modify the spfile, you must start the modification.
Solution: manually create the pfile file INITSID. ORA, open the alert Log, find the database startup information, and copy and paste the information to INITsid. ORA, in the file, use pfile to start the database startup pfile = '$ ORACLE_HOME/database/INITSID. ORA ', started successfully.
Create spfile, create spfile from pfile. solution!
Conclusion: 1. Use pfile to back up spfile 2 before modifying any database parameters.
Another SPFILE setting error causes the database to fail to start.
