I. Overview　

　When the app is running, upgrade the software without restarting it in two ways, hot deployment and hot load.

For Java applications,

　　　　a hot deployment is the redeployment of a project when the server is running --the production environment

　　　　The hot Load upgrades the app by reloading the class at run time . --Development environment
