SPRINGMVC @RequesetBody String type to foreground garbled problem

Because the @RequesetBodySting type is automatically encoded as iso-8859-1 format, the foreground is UTF-8 format, so there will be garbled problems.

There are many solutions, and it is simpler to add produces = "text/html" in front of the method requestmapping. Charset=utf-8 "The string passed to the foreground is in UTF-8 format.
