In fact, now Sprint2 has begun a period of time, should have written about daily scrum things, here is a simple summary of it.
For the first time in daily Scrum, the concept of timing was still not strong, Product owner arrived on time, and the group S and W were late, although the meeting place was near them. In the end I had to shout at them. So before I get started, I emphasize on time again, because scrum is boxed. Then S and W begin to answer:
What I did yesterday. What I'm going to do today. I'm having a problem.
May be because W has a certain development experience and technical accumulation, the development of the relatively smooth, so three questions are quickly finished. s task of yesterday was mainly to investigate the solution. However, due to the unfamiliar technology, and there is no similar development experience in the group, so encountered a lot of problems. S raised a lot of questions, and from his eyes he could see that he wanted to get answers from other people. After a series of questions, I said: "These questions are not too detailed." "I have doubts, and there is plenty of time for this to be discussed here." But think about it, should not, after all, W and this does not matter, he is still here, so the details of the discussion may have delayed his time. Then product owner suggested: "Maybe we could ask R for Group A, he's done something like that before." "No problem." "I turned to s again," and we went to find him after the end. "s went on to say:" Then it seems that the task of this research will be added another day. I said, "Just change it on this assignment." So, he rowed to the original estimate of time, wrote a new time. The meeting ended.
After the meeting, I recalculated the time to update the sprint Burndown Chart. After the first daily scrum, the curve of the Burndown chart has a tendency to rise.
Then I led S to a group R, made a simple referral, let them free communication. S came back, sure enough to have a great breakthrough.
The subsequent daily scrum is moving forward in a step-by-step manner as estimated.
In the middle of the sprint, I was on vacation for a week, and Product owner took two days off and was absent from daily Scum during the vacation. The crisis has come at this time.
