With the impression that it takes two steps to enable, the login mode in the server properties is changed to SQL Server and Windows mode first.

The second step of the server login name in the right-click SA attribute, the status of the login is set to enable, because it is their own local, so the mandatory password policy is also ticked off.

But there was an error when the point was fixed.

Later try to put the "map to credentials" in the SA attribute to the tick, repeat the second step, no other operation, click OK. Ok!
