Initialize the Times wrong

Reason

Unable to read data for the specified folder. Typically, when a snapshot is initialized, the Subscriber does not have permission to read the catalog data.

Workaround

1. Modify the SQL Agent startup account on the Subscriber and have read restrictions on the directory. (Recommended method)
2. Copy the snapshot file or the FTP snapshot file to the read-side SQL Agent under the directory that has permission for reading.
3. Use the Backup publishing library for snapshot initialization. (steps are somewhat different)
