After the installation of the SQL Server database is complete, the server name filling IP address (including 127.0.0.1) cannot be accessed, prompting for the denial of access process:

Computer → management → services and applications →sql Server Configuration Manager →sql Server network Configuration →mssqlserver protocol →TCP/IP change to Enabled

Enter "Services.msc" in the Start column, enter the service, locate SQL Server, and reboot.
