SQL Server automatic growth zeroing method _mssql

Method 1:

Copy Code code as follows:

TRUNCATE TABLE TableName

When you delete all the data in a table, it automatically grows zero.

If there is a foreign key reference to this table, this method will be an error (even if the primary key table and the foreign key table have no data), please refer to Method 2.

PS: Delete data with delete, automatic growth will not clear zero oh.

Method 2:

Copy Code code as follows:

DBCC checkident (' tablename ', reseed, 0)

Automatically resets the automatic growth value without deleting the table's data.
