Recently, batch import is required in the background (that is, reading data from Excel and then importing data to SQL)
I tried to use SQL2000 to make a success and it was quite simple.
There was a problem with the upload time to the network, because the company's website server uses sql2005
The following error is always prompted:
SQL Server blocks access to the statement 'openrowset/OpenDataSource 'of the 'ad hoc distributed queries' component because this component has been disabled as part of the server's security configuration. The system administrator can enable 'ad hoc distributed queries 'by using sp_configure '. For more information about enabling 'ad hoc distributed querys', see "peripheral application configurator" in SQL Server books online ".
Solution:
Because sql2005 does not enable the 'ad hoc distributed queries 'component by default
The method for enabling is as follows (CodeDirectly run in the query analyzer)
Exec sp_configure 'show advanced options', 1
Go
Reconfigure
Go
Exec sp_configure 'ad hoc distributed queries ', 1
Go
Reconfigure
Go
