Function: Compress database

Usage:DBCC shrinkdatabase tb_115sou_com

Note: Only operations that produce many unused space, such as truncating tables or deleting table operations, perform a shrink operation that is most effective and produces less fragmentation. Do not perform any other cases, as the space is freed, but a lot of fragmentation is generated
