SQL SERVER database connection problems

I found a strange problem in the past few days, that is, when I took my notebook from the development room to the dormitory, my ASP program could not connect to the SQL server database. After analysis and judgment, I found that there was no network cable plug-in. However, because the project I developed is confidential, the computer where the program is located cannot access the internet. It is impossible to use SQL SERVER as a database, after trying to find out, just change the connection address to the computer name!
