SQL Server File Suspension

An error occurred while installing SQL Server today:

PreviousProgramInstall a file that has been suspended on the installation computer. You must restart the computer before running the installer !.

After that, it is still unavailable to restart multiple times.
Find the solution on the Internet:

Delete all key values in the registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ SQL Server
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ SQL

The two key values are not found after entering the Registry. SQL Server has not been installed on the machine before.

Continue to find the solution:

Open the Registry Editor, find the pendingfilerenameoperations project in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager, and delete it. In this way, you can clear the temporary installation project.
