Originally thought to configure SQL Server R2 Publish subscription is very simple, the actual configuration after the problem has been found in the process has not been understood, finally after a few days of search problems and practice, finally settled. The process is now recorded as follows.

First, the release server configuration
First step: Set SQLAgent service logon account for administrators user, set after restart service
Step two: Set up the Subscriber alias in Configuration Manager and restart the service after setting up
Note that both 32-bit and 64-bit are set
Step Three: Right-click Local publishing to enter the publishing process (ensure the SQL Server name and system server name are the same)
Create a separate account for the published table
Second, subscriber configuration

Step Two: Set the Publisher alias in Configuration Manager and restart the service after setting up
