sql2008 workaround for error 5123 when attaching a database

ERRMSG: Sql Server Management Studio gives the error message "Failed to retrieve data for this request. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Sdk.Sfc)"

solution

1. Copy your own database directly to the SQL installation directory C:/Program Files/microsoft SQL Server/mssql10. Mssqlserver/mssql/data

This can be attached, do not know whether to install the database when the omission of what operation, have not encountered before.

2. On your own database MDF and LDF files,

Right-----> Properties----> Add----> Advanced----> Find now---->authenticated Users----> OK

------> Full Control check----> OK
