Using Srtedit 2012 to open your ass subtitle file, you can see that the document has two languages in Chinese and English.

Perform "language"-"bilingual subtitle Processing"-"Empty the selected Chinese lines" (only keep the foreign language);

Perform "language"-"bilingual subtitle Processing"-"empty selected lines of foreign language" (Chinese only)

Get the new ass file and save it for a second. The naming method can be a distinction based on personal preferences, or you can also directly overwrite the previous subtitle file.
