Standing meetings are the focus and difficulty of scrum

The purpose of a standing meeting is to throw problems, share information, and know each other.

 

After several years of scrum, I found that the standing meetings of many teams were very bad. The team members were like bodies, dead meat, and very mechanical to speak. For example:

A: Yesterday I made a change to the purchase ticket and completed some work. I want to continue today. It should be done today as planned, over.

B Cheng: Yesterday I helped a Cheng to make a XXX. As a result, I only completed half of my tasks. Continue today, over.

C ......

 

All kinds of scrum tutorials clearly understand the way in which standing meetings are arranged.

I just want to say that I should pay attention to standing meetings, review my work well, and eliminate problems in the bud. I should analyze my experiences and make my work more valuable.
