1. Everybody can say no, someone can say yes!

Many entrepreneurial teams, many outstanding members in the entrepreneurial process, all of them have their own opinions. Every time we encounter things, we use a discussion to solve the problem. After a long discussion, there is no result! This is a waste of time, not only the team's time, but also the project's time. As the saying goesTime is life, efficiency is money. A good team not only requires everyone to have strong execution capabilities, but also works properly with each outstanding team member. Otherwise, the team's failure is the failure of entrepreneurship. I personally think that everyone in the entrepreneurial team has the right to speak. It is never a virtual democracy. Everyone can express their views fiercely and accurately, That is, everyone can say no, but each field must have a good final decision. All your opinions can be expressed, but the final decision must be a unified viewpoint. For example, in terms of technology, the leader (for example, the technical director) must have a good audience. He decides all technical directions. In terms of products, there must also be a leader (such as the product manager) who can make the final decisions and unify their views to avoid splitting their thoughts. However, the entire team or company must have a leader (such as the CEO) who controls the overall development of the entire team or company and macro-control such as the planning of the prospects.

2. If you have the ability to work together, you may not necessarily have the same idea.

since we can build a team, we are all people with lofty ideals, or even awesome people who come together. They may come together with their opinions in a certain aspect. If all of them are cool people, they do not give in to each other and stick to themselves. They do not have a unified center, everything is useless. it is inefficient to do anything, because it is always a matter of dispute that can be easily solved. Therefore, you may not be able to make good use of competent people. The key is that the job cannot work together if the job is inappropriate. However, people who can work with you know how to choose, recognize, and unify their views. Such people can go a long way together and are likely to make great achievements.

3. There will be no shortage of investors in China over the next 10 years. What is lacking is people who are willing to invest in entrepreneurship together.

 

China is growing rapidly, and more rich people will emerge in the future. They all have money and want to invest. However, in addition to our unique and clear vision, we have the ability to participate in entrepreneurship.
