Start Computer Total Popup page configuration problem

I don't know what changed, every time you start the computer always pops up the computer page file configuration problem, the problem is as follows:

WORKAROUND: Click the OK button to eject the Performance Options form

Choose advanced Options, select the Program radio button, click the Change button, pop up the virtual memory form

Tick automatically manage paging file size for all drives, select the C drive, click Apply, OK, restart the computer.
