Start Oracle under Linux

1. Connect to the server using the Liunx terminal

2. Switch root account to Oracle account: Su-oracle

3. Manually Start Oracle (Open the instance first, then turn on the monitor)

1) Start the DB instance:

Sqlplus/as SYSDBA

Startup

Exit

2) Start monitoring

Lsnrctl

Start

Exit

Here, Oracle has finished booting.

4. Connect to the database using PL/SQL developer

Username

Password

Database

Connect as:

5, Linux shut down the database (listen first, then close the instance)

1) Turn off monitoring

Lsnrctl

Stop

Exit

2) Close the DB instance

Sqlplus/as SYSDBA

Shutdown immediate

Exit

7. Shutting down the Linux system

The root account shuts down the system shutdown 0
