A team has four quarters, which are expressed as numbers 1, 2, 3, 4.
A quarter has two types: team and individual.

When the team type is set to 3 targets
There are 6 targets for individual.

Then our normal design will result in. When the user converts the quarter type to another type and then returns it, the target will not be removed.
The originally designed target must be changed accordingly.

If we add an updatetime, then we can get the last one directly with the data number and updatetime. That is, the current type.
