Status of threads in OC

1. thread status
NSThread * thread = [[NSThread alloc] initWithTarget: self selector: @ selector (run) object: nil];
[Thread start];

2. Control thread status
2.1> start thread-(void) start;
// Enter the ready state-> running state. When the thread task is finished, it will automatically enter the dead state
2.2> blocking (pausing) threads
+ (Void) sleepUntilDate :( NSDate *) date
+ (Void) sleepForTimeInterval :( NSTimeInterval) time;
2.3> force stop the thread
+ (Void) exit; // enters the dead state
Note: Once the thread stops (dead), the task cannot be started again.
